Now on to this week's challenge at CD Sunday and it's Carol's turn to choose. But before I reveal all I want to say a big thank you to those who joined us for the last challenge, 'Shabby Chic'. We only had a few entries but they were all fab and I know Sue is tearing her hair out trying to choose her top three. Don't forget to check out the blog to see if you are a lucky winner.
This week it's 'Sentiments' and Carol wants the Sentiment to be the main feature in your creation. This is my inspiration for you.
The image and sentiment are from 'Grandmas Button Box' by Katy Sue. As you can imagine there are lots of images on this CD featuring buttons but you will also find patchwork and embroided images too. This card was a simple make with A4 card folded in half landscape orientation. I printed out the embroidered floral border on to card and then the patchwork circle with the sentiment and placed it inside the square. So a very quick make!! The card will go into my 'Thank You' card box as I always seem to need a few of this type of card.
